Hey all, sorry but i've decided to move back to my old blog at blogger.

i'm having alot of problems with e uploaded photos in xanga, seems like they disappear quite frequently. plus having to form e pictures into collage is killing my drive to blog. so see ya at the old blog.

oh do change e link, i'll be deleted this blog in about a mth's time, i've transfered

www.allrkismet.blogspot.com (2004-2006 entries) and the whole of xanga's entries to e current one i'll be using. e rest will be deleted.

ivan came by to send me home from work last night & i think we caught e flu bug on e train. i had slight cough, sore throat n fever since this morning, so did he, minus e fever. so to be h1n1 responsible i'm gonna stay home these days to monitor myself. hope its a false alarm.

to help pass time my sis made me watch this jap series called

'Absolute Boyfriend (Zettai Kareshi)',

it's such a bad move cos e boiling mucus & puffy eyes made me feel even more miserable. e director of e show is such an ass, like our local drama 'little nonya' viewer actually complaint about the sad ending so they did reshoot a special finale episode(supposedly a happy ending). BUT THE ENDING IS EVEN WORSE!

.......annoying.....

anyway here's my 1st ever photo with ivan's mum. she's one fierce mummy tt's why it took me 3yrs to get this photo. hehe.. so happy when she told me to go develop it to 8R n frame it up at her place. =)

i was browsing through the blog of this baby girl below, who is my sis's friend's daughter. we bought her a bee costume from thailand, hopefully she'll fit into it soon so i can look at e cuteness!

from her blog, i came to know the existence of such 'neck float' (no idea wad is its exact term). i wonder if it's uncomfortable for babies, seems like it's their fat cheeks that keeps them from sinking, lol. I JUST CANT STOP SMILING AT HER SWIMMING PHOTOS! I'M MUST GET ONE OF THIS IN FUTURE, SO I CAN SMILE AT MY BABY ALL DAY LONG!!

had a cycling session with the SIM peeps + my first time hanging out with the koreans. they are just like how we think koreans will be, lovely company.

Joelle is definitely the tiniest girl in our class..

this resulted in muscle cramp the whole night, it's worth it.

i'll need to think of an exercise tt will make my arm muscles cramp up as well.

i'm sure she'll make it big someday with such make-up skills, and clever me had already lock her up in my facebook. muahah! just look at how slim n sharp she made my button nose look, if i have e budget i'll fly her in frm india for my wedding!

sadly she didnt send me my fav look of e lot =(

i've always thought fake lashes look weird on me, but she did it well so i left with the eye makeup untouched (after cleansing off from the upper right photo).

oh did i tell u i love e way she handled my lips as well?

travel brochure project

one of e task for my grp project last semester was to do a travel brochure.

and below is the outcome of my grp's work- in the process of completing it i was kinda thankful to lasalle cos i was able to SPOT and CORRECT all the FATAL formatting in photoshop be4 printing (also at quite an amazingly speed).

the paper quality is a lil too good for travel fair brochures but apparently e lecturer told us to ignore the cost of production & focus on the write-ups and final outcome.

e whole paper surface is actually very glossy and the colours are damn rich,

but taken by hp cam so it looks bad here.

i didnt think i'll be touching on design related projects anytime soon, but i'm glad i got to.

my 1st anniversary

Ivan and i had gone through alot trying to be a couple. After e 5mths apart about two decembers ago,(which i went on to date someone else while he sort our his feelings and life) he did alot to turn my feelings around. I wont go into what exactly did he do and the amount of effort blah blah blah..

all i can say is, my boyfriend did enough to FULLY mend the trust that he had broken. i trust him enough to go to vietnam alone and i KNOW he isn't cheating on me. and i'm definitely not in denial. He made me promises I've never believe he can keep but he did up till now.. it's been a yr since our fresh start from e 5mths break.

sure he did. that is why u don't see me blogging much about him.

everyone including ourselves is tired of hearing us breakup and patch, my anniversary date keeps changing but now let us put our hands together for ivan n my 1st anniversary!!

he brought me to JUMBO seafood restaurant around clarke quay, i'll give it 5/5 *

look at that chilli crab in e pic, it's their 2nd smallest crab and it only cost $42 (no wonder they are called JUMBO), look at how the flesh is spilling out from the pincer!! he gave me the bigger pincer..

My fav were the cereal prawns. can fight with chunkeong's. we ordered medium (12prawns)thinking it will be like the usual size we get outside, but no, it came out DOUBLE e size each.

seriously 6JUMBO prawns each + a bowl of rice made both big eaters 3/4 full already. ivan said we 'overkilled' ordered far too much.

e other 2 fab dishes were scallop with broccoli and seafood claypot tofu. both were extremely tender and soft!

total bill was $142

- ivan was very happy cos looking at e crab

he thought it was gonna be over $200 AGAIN (think crystal jade fish)

i've traded in my viewty for an iphone about a mth or 2 ago, i know i posted a pic of blackberry here but i was convinced that a blackberry is too good for me haha. probably wouldn't even use half its application. ivan had his imported in for over a yr and he is still loving it- partly why i got it.

things i love about e iphone:

1. the stupid mindless games i can dl n play

2. i can dl my email almost anywhere n readback later

3. it's like ipod in my iphone, 2 in 1

4. i can do online shopping e moment i open my eyes to wake my brain in e morning so i'll jump out of bed faster

5. i have dictionary.com installed & i can use it anywhere even offline (very useful to me)

aiya, it's just perfect for me.

oh yes i saw today's news, iphone 3GS- coming soon, better n cheaper. a lil painful 2 read.=/

good for you wanxin, now u can really rub it in my face! think i'll get that for my dad when its here, he loves mindless games.

wow, it's amazing tt i'm still able to remember my xanga's password!

was holding my breath when i typed in e password.

just a short update:

1: homeless me has decided to move in to my grandpa's hse last weekend, will be staying here for 6-8mths. long story, i'm still trying to get use to e new environment.

2. my end-of-term exams will start tis fri, holidays will start next tues. (cant believe 1sem is over!)

3. will definitely kick start this blog during my holiday n do up e skin + tagboard i've agreed to do

bikinis are too tiny on me now,

so i think i shld be considerate towards the ppl in my surrounding.

awaiting my asos 1piece swimming costume!! paid slightly pass S$50 for tis:

why do i think it's a gd buy?

1. to motivate myself to swim n get back in shape

2. back view - it still looks like i'm wearing a bikini

3. covers my 3layer belly pork fatSSS

4. halter neck (not 2-triangle pieces) to compliment my tiny breast
